COMS is the Community Managers Summit — a practical conference for coworking community managers, workplace experience professionals, and shared workspace operators. We focus on the community profession inside flexible workspaces with real‑world playbooks, tools, and case studies you can apply the next day.

Its first edition was held in Brighton, UK on 5 September 2025, bringing together community managers, operators, and partners to share best practices in coworking member experience, community operations, and workplace community building.

COMS is an international gathering. The first edition was attended by professionals from 10 countries, including the UK, Ireland, Japan, Sweden, Spain, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and the Netherlands.
