Our Story
It all started with a simple question: "Who takes care of the people who take care of everyone else?"
After nearly a decade of running Coworkies, the global job board for coworking spaces, we've witnessed firsthand the incredible work community managers do. They're the heart and soul of every coworking space,creating connections, solving problems, and building communities that feel like home.
Yet, they often work in isolation. There's no playbook, no support network, no one who truly understands the unique challenges of their role. That's why we created COMS.
COMS is the space where community managers can finally be the ones being taken care of, where they can learn, connect, and feel celebrated for the vital work they do.
