Dress Code
Smart Casual – Think comfortable but professional. Barcelona in June is warm (25-30°C / 77-86°F), so dress in light, breathable fabrics. The venue is air-conditioned, so bring a light layer just in case.

✈️ By Air
Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is the main international airport, just 15km from the city center.
From the Airport to City Center:
- Aerobus: €7.75 one-way, runs every 5-10 min, ~35 min to Plaça Catalunya
- Metro (L9 Sud): €5.15, ~45 min to city center
- Train (RENFE R2 Nord): €4.60, ~25 min to Passeig de Gràcia
- Taxi: ~€40 flat rate to city center
- Uber/Cabify: Similar to taxi, can be slightly cheaper
💡 Pro tip: Get a T-Casual card (€11.35) for 10 trips on all public transport!
🚄 By Train
Barcelona Sants is the main train station with high-speed connections across Spain and Europe.
High-Speed Connections:
- Madrid → Barcelona: ~2.5 hours (AVE)
- Paris → Barcelona: ~6.5 hours (TGV)
- Lyon → Barcelona: ~5 hours (TGV)
- Marseille → Barcelona: ~4 hours (TGV)

🚇 Getting Around Barcelona
Metro
8 lines covering the entire city. Runs 5am-midnight (24h on weekends). The venue is near Passeig de Gràcia (L2, L3, L4).
Walking
Barcelona is very walkable! The city center is compact, and most attractions are within walking distance. The venue is in the heart of Eixample.
Bicing / E-Scooters
Rent bikes or e-scooters through apps like Donkey Republic, Yego, or Tier. Great for exploring the city!
