Thank You, Monday Pau Claris — Our Barcelona Home for COMS 2026
COMS Barcelona 2026 was hosted at Monday Pau Claris in the heart of Eixample. A thank-you to the team, and why it's a standout coworking space and event venue in Barcelona.

On June 4th, 2026, community managers from around the world gathered in the heart of Barcelona for the second COMS Summit. Our home for the day was Monday Pau Claris — and we couldn't have asked for a better one. (You can relive the day here.)
So before anything else: thank you, Monday. You gave COMS a Barcelona home that felt warm from the very first hello.
A coworking space in the heart of Eixample
Monday Pau Claris sits on Carrer de Pau Claris, 79, in Barcelona's elegant Eixample district — a short walk from Passeig de Gràcia and surrounded by the modernist architecture the city is famous for. For an event built around hospitality and belonging, the location was perfect: easy to reach, beautiful to arrive at, and unmistakably Barcelona.
Inside, it's exactly what you want from a modern coworking space:
- Bright, open, and full of life — Mediterranean light and an easy, social atmosphere.
- Spaces that adapt — we ran 4 interactive workshops and reshaped the rooms throughout the day without a hitch.
- Designed for connection — communal areas that made it natural for strangers to become collaborators over coffee.
- The little luxuries — a rooftop terrace, a gym, a canteen and 24/7 access that make it a genuine second home, not just an office.
Hospitality that matched the city
Barcelona does hospitality better than almost anywhere — and the Monday Pau Claris team lived up to that reputation completely.
The Monday team didn't just host our event. They cared about it. Every attendee felt looked after, every logistical wrinkle disappeared before we even noticed it.
That's the highest compliment we can pay a venue team. A heartfelt thank-you to community manager Martina, who showcased the space and looked after us all day. Running a summit is a thousand small details, and the Monday crew handled them with a calm, generous professionalism that let us focus on what mattered: the people in the room.
Thinking of coworking or hosting an event in Barcelona?
If you're a remote worker passing through, a team setting up in the city, or an organiser searching for an event space in Barcelona, here's why we'd point you to Monday Pau Claris:
| You're looking for… | Why Monday Pau Claris fits |
|---|---|
| A central coworking base | Prime Eixample location, beautiful light, great vibe |
| A venue for a workshop or event | Flexible rooms and an experienced, hands-on team |
| A genuinely welcoming team | Hospitality that reflects the best of Barcelona |
A venue can have a perfect postcode and still feel cold. Monday Pau Claris has the location and the warmth — which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
From Brighton to Barcelona
Our journey began at Projects Coworking in Brighton in 2025 and continued here in Barcelona in 2026. Two cities, two brilliant venues, one community that keeps growing.
To the whole Monday Pau Claris team: thank you for making Barcelona feel like home. We'll be telling people about you for a long time.
